Where for maximum settings in SH3?

Just got SH3, Iwant to try cranking everything up to max but the ingame video settings are miniscule, where else do I have to go to set this games settigs to max.?, only via my Nvidia contrl outside of the game? Looking at the Main Confi.ini file,, I only see these values to mess with...
