Where did my office go?

I'm currently suffering from some sort of annoying bug that stops me from clicking on a few parts of my office before starting a patrol. I can still check the crew barracks, start a mission, go to options and such; but it won't let me access my desk to give promotions/medals, check stats, or let me upgrade/pick torpedos for my boat

I'm using RuB and Commander, but have noticed this once or twice before in the unmodded game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
