IuB question
Is there a particular order install the mods? the reason that I am asking is
that everytime I run a patrol I see NO harbour traffic. And yes, I have reinstalled the game several times w/o success. (NOTE: took the mods off and reinstalled patched it and then put the mods back in). Did this 3x and still no harbour traffick. Can someone please help me? W/ a cherry on top.
