Other good Navy Forums

What are some other good/active internet forums where Navy technology, design, and engineering are discussed? I like discussion about the nitty gritty of current and theoretical ship design, shipboard systems, capabilities and limitations.

Most of the forums I find aren't really active. Anyone got any favorites?...... besides SubSim that is.

Yeah, Subsim only, no other forums.
The admin, Onkel Neal is not a fan of twoforumers.

Huh?

Well, we really don't talk about Naval Tech on these forums that much. Just mainly spam and politics and the gameplay of the sims. A hardcore Naval design/tech/capability forum would be a nice place to loiter
