Default the hunt for the SH3 sdk

hi all, while digging around and doing research about the SH3 file structure i got a theory.
i was thinking about the SH3 SDK and why ubisoft never released it to the public and the reasons why, since one can think its quite odd that they didnt despite early promisses.

so when i was digging around i noticed how many diffrent 3rd party tools UBI has been using during the development of SH3 and i was thinking- what if their main SDK tool was a 3rd party program aswell and they didnt develop it themselfs, :hmm:
that would explain why they never released it to the public.
and in that case maybe we could have a chance to find it ourselfs :hmm:

however im not a professional game developer or a 3d modder,
media, effects and game balancing are more like my departments.
so im curious what you modders whit more experience in this field thinks about this theory.
