how to post images?

I click IMG, but all it does is put text at the bottom of this thread! any hints?

Before you can post an image you need to have it at a webserver somewhere. Just having it on your PC doesnt help. Imageshack (www.imageshack.net) would be one example. Once you uploaded your image use the IMG button and enter the URL to the image you want to display.

Imagechack, mentioned by OneShot above is very easy to use. I liked them enough to send them a few bucks as a donation.
