2 Quick Questions

First - I'm using Realboat 1.44 and enjoy it very much. The reload time on the deck gun gets a touch tedious for me. Is there a config file where I can easily adjust the reload time?

Second - At night I can't see a thing ---((Insert random laughter-- after all it is night )) The crewman can obviously see because they report visuals on ships and fire away with the deck gun but I can't hardly see a thing through the UZO or scope, making a night torpedo attack all but impossible. I've tried playing with the monitor contrast and brightness to not much effect, and all the lighting is fine durning the day. Is there anything I can do?
