Default Blasting Soviet shipping from Konstanza?

Is there any modification out there, done or in the making, that will allow the player to use Type IIs operating from Konstanza?! I see how there is a problem with:
1 - not toooo much shipping, and
2 - a lack of grid system, but can't that be helped?

The lack of ships can, with the aid of SH3 Commander, be adjusted to a realistic level through many and long days at port in between patrols, should one want that!

How did the Germans assign patrol sectors to the six submarines that operated out from Konstanza, and could this way be imported into some kind of mod? I would REALLY like to start a career in the Black Sea!!

I think sergbuto was working on this but ran into some problems, the main one if I recall being that it's seemingly very difficult to create new patrol zones for the flotilla that would be in the black sea.

F*cker nil! Well then can this sergbuto lad make a compromise in the 0.99 version of it, and just make every single patrol a "CK66"? That way, those of us that just wants the harbour can go look for game elsewhere when we're done with that grid! CK66, 67, 68 and 69 should be affordable, eh??
