Default How to make the U-boat more stealthy underwater (cheat)

Does anyone know which file and in which folder is the one that will reduce sub detetion while submerged and in Silent Running mode? There should be a parameter somewhere that allows us to make it a bit harder for the enemy DDs to hear our subs while submerged...

For instance, a file that is similar or on the same page as the following idea...

U-boat depth = 0meters = 100% chance of being detected in SIlent Running mode

U-boat depth = 12meters = 90%-95% chance of being heard or spotted while running in Silent Running Mode

U-boat = 30meters = 65% chance of being heard in Silent Running

U-boat = 50meters = 35%-45% chance of being heard in Silent Running mode

U-boat = 75meters-99meters = 15%-20% or less chance of being heard while in Silent Running mode.

Uboat = 100meters or more = less than 5% chance of being heard

ALSO note: this shouldn't matter for an experienced DD crew with the latest technology except to make it a bit harder for them to hear us while at greater depths. Of course if they use pings are signature should be displayed to them, but if the U-boat is running deep and quiet then its 'profile' should be significantly reduced to the DD sonar operator, thus allowing the U-boat to escape much easier. Seems like right now the DDs can hear us just as good at 150meters down as they can at 15meters down. This shouldn't be. If that were the case in real life, then todays Navy would have still be using that technology today considering an FFG can't hear an Kilo class submarine at great depths running with electric batteries. Also, there are thermal layers the deeper a sub goes that allow for an 'Umbrella' if you will to shield between the sonar operator and the sub.
