How to change weather report to NA?

I'd like to return to previous setup for weather report - from NA instead of WO.
Is it enough to copy menu_1024_768.ini from RUb 1.43 to RUb 1.44?
Does menu_1024_768.ini in RUb 1.44 change something else or only this feature?
