Janus error

Noob here. One question, I recently installed silent hunter II and am having trouble with a janus error when my mission completes in campaign mode. I finish the game and am at the mission recap page with my score and then push the quit button thinking it will save my game but it dumps to a janus error log on notepad. Please help I cant save any games. Thks..

Thks Fubar I had just installed the game and forgot to install the patch for it I guess that was waht caused it to error. I installed the patch on the cd and made it past the polish destroyers. On to the English coast.
