Default An IXD2 Special

I've looked for a cure for this bug but search shows nothing.

If your mouse pointer was off a torp icon then you get the above pic, but if you lucked out and your pointer landed on a torp icon then you get the below pic and also the greyed out torps you have lost trying to move.

Anyone know how to cure this except maybe ditch the IXD2.

Also these torps were greyed out just as soon as I clicked on them to be moved and they were lost. They were all T-V torps @ 800 renown ea.

Weird. I had that happen on a IXC just recently, and I just reloaded the game - and it was back. :hmm:

Yup me to CCIP, but I still lost my expensive torps that particular patrol.

When I reloaded the "Weapons Management" screen was fixed But as I said above my expensive T-V torps were gone.

Something triggered that and I wish I knew what.

Oh well I'm thinking about a trade in at "Crazy Adolphs Submarine Sales" in "St. Nazaire".

There is a way to fix that. It is relatively easy, too. I haven't explained this in a long time so bear with me.

Go Here:

http://www.subsim.com/subsim_files05/patches2005.html

Download Wolfies SH3 Tweak Pack. There will be instructions in the readme for a "cheat" of sorts, so check that out. It changes the Tweak Pack so it can edit the torpedo loadouts. Open the Tweak Sub program (I think that's the name). Choose the IXD2. Change the fore external reserves from 8 to 6. Then, to regain the 2 you got rid of, increase the fore internal reserves by 2. Be sure to save it. The changed loadouts will have no torpedoes in the loadout. You can leave it like that and change it in the game, or you can change them in the Tweak Pack. Presto! All fixed!
