Weather in Winter

Have anyone ever seen Ice (not icebergs)? Have you ever seen snow (not sure if there's one). But I think ICE i've seen somewhere in files in SH3, but not in the game.

I once decided to stick the Sub into very very northern place, and there was winter, rain all around and pitch black at in the afternoon. It was raining. Now, that can't be right! Neither is the lack of Ice. Can somene clear this up?

There are icebergs floating around in the arctic.

There is no snow or other ice and the season does not affect weather at all.

You have to place iceberg objects into the mission in order to include them.

There is snow terrain. Just try visiting Keil in January.

Ah yes - and of course the trees change with the season. But actual weather, not as far as I know...

No no, I know that I have to place icebergs as Environmental (like I did in Bismarck movie) but I thought that there was ice on near the coasts in winter as I think I saw some ice texture or folder in SH3 terrain. But May be that was also for Iceberg. Oh well, too bad, another feature that 'should've been there'.
