Can't find Realism Settings

This might seem rather n00bish, but since I've bought SH3 and ran the 1.4 patch (I played a cracked copy for a while to determine whether I liked it or not, and I did so I bought it), I can't seem to locate the Realism Settings button anywhere. I recall it being next to the button to start the mission, but it's not there now.

First start a mission, or campaign. Then you can adjust the realism settings.
