Wheres the Rig for Red button in SH3?

Is there one, cos i use to like riggin for red in SH2, it was all part of the experience, i the captain orders rig for red. In SH3 i notice rig for red is automatically rigged.
Why hasn't someone made a mod /addon for this. Another cool thing is at night when ordered to surface all watch crew should have night googles on, for a few minutes like in das boot. I think thats what they were called
