Tower emblems

Uboat conningtower emblems.
Ok, I wanna do one or both of the following- 1) create my own. 2) D/L a selection of, or whatever.

Question: What is the file (presumably .Tga?) in SH3 that contains the image and where is it kept -guess: emblems folder?
Question: Are there any D/L's for this that only contain emblems (I've had a mooch about here & there and haven't discovered any yet)?
Question: are there any stupid masks or layers to the image file that I need to know about to create an emlbem of my own?

Answers/suggestions please.
