How do I assign Medals, Promotions, and Qualifications.

Hi guys, at the end of the last patrol I got a messaga saying me and crew had recieved promotions, medals, and I got a box full of them, byt how do I assign them? also how do I assign qualifications to my crew ?

Sup aussie (sydney)

On the crew screen (the bit in the top left hand of office screen) click on awards (its written on the left hand side in the middle of the screen.

Then you choose a crewman you think did well in your patrol, and then click and drag the picture of the medal over the persons details and drop.
