Sub speed increase

Hi
I am wondering if there is any posibility to increase underwater speed of submarine? I know that it can be done with surface speed by modding engine upgrade value. I need this to make XXI nuke sub , by the way I'm looking for los angeles 3d model

Although in this case you will also have to go into the the sub.cfg file and change the max speeds in that file, too (you can use notepad for that).
