Say I launched sh3 using the all powerfull and wondrous SH3 Commander.....then for whatever reason I save & exit during mid-patrol. When I come back to resume patrol should I launch sh3 with SH3 Commander again or just launch sh3.exe? Does it matter?
patiently awaiting recommendations..... :|\ If it's already been asked (as I suspect) . . . then by all means feel free to flame away LOL |

It shouldn't matter. All the right SH3 Commander files have been loaded into the game when you first used SH3 Commander to launch your game, and anyway, I think SH3 Commander only reads files which are saved by the game before or after a patrol, so it won't read anything differently.
However, if you use the 'Realistic Length' option, it's important to only use this realism option once per patrol. If you use it more often it will tend to give you a higher retirement probability than was historically the case.
