just joined the 21st centruy and got a new flat panel -- samsung 193p+.

dl'd the high resolution dll modifier and sh3 looks sweet. 1 question, though -- i read somewhere that flat panels should have vertical synch enabled. Is that right? And why?

?? I have 6 flat panels from 14'' to 19'' here, no vertical sync, no glitches with any proggie...
