Fastest way to get IX-D2 ???

What Base/Flotilla do I need to be to get early IX-D2?
Two more questions where do I get XXI model faster 7th or 11th flotilla or same. I am curently in the 7th flotilla, Is it OK to stay there till the end of the war or is it better to move?

I believe the IXD2 is out of Lorient and the XXI is out of Bergen. I only say that the XXI is Bergen because I was transfered there right before the end of the war by BDU. I assumed it it was becausethe XXI was available and the devs wanted the player to try it before it was too late.

You can get the XXI in 7th and 11th flottila, from April 1st 1944 onwards. You should stay in 7th flottila, no point in transfering to Bergen. You will eventualy be transferd to Bergen, when Germany looses a control over France in second half of 44.
