Weird "haze"

I recently installed Beery's water mod...and suddenly I've noticed a weird "haze" effect on all 3D graphics...sort of like it's been smeared with a layer of vaseline. You can see it in this picture that someone posted earlier:

I'm not sure if it's the water mod that causes this...but is there anyway I can fix it?

Looks more like that the ingame AA is activated.
Try Shift - Pagedown to see if it goes away.

yeah, it's only the AA. I think it looks good for screenshots cause it makes it look like a painting. It blends everything together and the colors look more unified.
