Default Just a little fun

Made a Russian CVBG and a US CVBG heading towards each other at 14 knots. EMCON for both sides + a couple of Oscars.

Didn't start shooting until I assume visual contact made.

Pretty even battle. After initial SAM vs SSM fest things slowed down as missiles ran out. US lost two ships quite quickly but the Russians started losing more.

Although by the time the game crashed Russians had 3 ships left including Kuznetsov and US 4 but US lost as Nimitz was sunk.

Interesting that the game only crashed after I decided to partake and tried to lock up a SM-2.

Fun little scenario.

Damnit, I forgot to include the Kirov. That should have tipped things over well. After a heavy rocketfight, and an FFG suffering 75% damage, the Russians slowly tipped off and started losing. Quite a spectacular show, but next time I must myself be in an FFG.

I tried a similar thing in SC, it was crazy, I didn't get to see the winner as the game locked up after about ten minutes of frenzied missile flinging.

Xabba,

Can you run that scenario in "windowed" mode and see if you get an error box with a memory offset?

Thanks!

Want me to send you the scenario?

So you can try it your self.

I have to do Ctrl-Alt-Del and then End Task.
