SH3 Commander ?

I d/L commander from Berry's web site into a folder on desktop.
I am running the JSGME 1.31.37 mod installer with V11 realistic Hull skin
Ail's sky and moon ver 2 RUB 1.42 and FABC Slide out mod.
I Lost my Boat spring 1942 from direct bomb hit on surface on patrol 13 AL area . Start a new career 1942 7th flotilla St Nazaire
New commander name and left for patol and lost boat again found a
Warship DD on surface leading a convoy he detected me and Lost Boat
to depth charges 1942 is a bad year to start a patrol I guess for me
I don't seem to get SH3 Commander to work for me? I ran the exe and
got the Box to set dates and info ? Question do you have to complet one
patrol for it to work.? I had it in folder on desk top and moved it to the
SH3 folder Just does't seem to work ? What am I doing wrong?
Thank's for any info I think I am about ready to start a career in 1939
The air attacks and DD's are killing me 1942 Is it RUB 1.42?
