Will this work in ver 1.4b? and what exactly does it do again? The initial readme is kinda of hard to follow except for the elite escort bit, which is why this mod intrests me.

I need a challenge. In 1943, i shoudlnt be able to slip inside a convoy, blast three ships, slip away, and then, TO PICK a fight, i took off silent running to reload the tubes. In 1943, i should have been pummeled doing that.
