janes fleet command how to window mode?

i have the steam version and it works full screen on my monitor but id like to splt it in half I have a 5120x1440 monitor so to 2560x720...

also alt+enter didnt work and when i typed -window in launch settings the game turned all pink colored missing all other colors

i heard there is a good mod for this game called NWP and nglide how do i get ahold of this if it works but im more into

trying to get the window mode thats my focus
