Voice Attack and Stream Deck

Hi all

Recently came back to playing UBoat after some time in other sims and was really missing my Voice Attack and Stream Deck, so Ive taken an old VA profile from 2019 and made some updates and added a StreamDeck profile to go with it.

Because of the need for mouse clicks you do need VA even if you only want to use the deck for control, cant do much just with the steamdeck at the moment.

I have set this up for 4k monitor with 160% icon scaling, if you want to use on other settings you will need to change the mouse coordinates (not a terrible job, I did it from 1080 to 4K in 30 mins)

Have tested all functions and all seems well, only think I couldnt be bothered making nice Icons, if anyone wants to do this and re-upload please feel free!!! Please just post a link here so I can get a copy

Have made some changes due to conflicts with the default keys and such.

All working much more smoothly now.

Hi all

Have been playing around with a new version.

Needs a little post install work to get it fully working now:

In Voice Attack you need to run the Snorkel Fix and Map fix commands, this will create the variable files in your save game folder.

In Stream Deck you need to update the file path on the Map key on the first page (top left under the back button) and the map and snorkel key on the equipment page on the right.

In the macro text boxes you need to update the file path to your profile e.g C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Saved Games\UBoat so it looks like below:
{{VK_M}}{{PAUSE:200}}{{VARSETFROMFILE:SubMap:C:\Us ers\YOURNAME\Saved Games\UBoat\MapStatus.txt}}{{SETKEYTITLE:$SubMap}}

Now you have new functionality for the map and snorkel keys:
Map Key - if it gets out of sync with the game because you changed to or from the map with the mouse etc. you can long press they button to get it in sync again.
Snorkel key - long press it to indicate if you have a snorkel fitted or not and other commands will then work properly due to mouse changes.
