Flooding in the...living room??!!

For you Chazly followers, you may have noticed my sudden exit today.

One of the neighbors (exactly two floors up) left the tap (or four) running and eventually I hear a LOT of dripping water in the walls. Naturally, its Friday evening.

So, I got the flooding contained and DC efforts continue.
The damage is contained and it could have been worse {tm}. One new crack in the kitchen ceiling and three rolls of paper towels later.

I had my share of close calls back in the day. This is NOT how I saw myself checking out.
