Is there a word for this?

So, you're walking along minding your own business and someone else is walking toward you. While they're making eye contact with you, you hear them say "What is your ####ing problem, anyway?" and then you notice they are talking into their smart phone so you don't know who the target is.

Back in the days before smart phones, we called this "Schizophrenia" but I'm wondering if there is a new word to describe it?
