Persistent Dial bug "High Noon" When Loading any Save

I'm trying to get the OneAlex version of SH3 to run, everything seems fine with the mod except for all the internal dials being in the 12'oclock position when I load a save.

This occurs with any save loaded, tried windowed modes and different compatibility setting, nothing seems to fix it, if anyone has a solution or suggestion it would be greatly appreciated, cheers
