Is there any way to change a ship thats u,s to german but its the same ship.

Using the Roster folder. Add an appropriate Roster entry to the Roster \Nation \Submarine folder. You might have to change any associated upc file to upcge, and a few other odds and ends... (Data \Submarine and add it to the appropriate Data \UPCData(GE) \UPCUnitsData folders)
