688IHK Oscar-winning performance: unable to gain 1000 points

I play 688IHK single mission #6 "Oscar-winning performance", and unable to fulfil full 1000 point pass.

Mission goal "Nimitz must survive" and "Arleigh Burke must survive" should accomplished after I sank Oscar, but they won't and I have no idea why.

Playing as Steam version. No edit on scenario file.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like goals will be recognized after sending report (from radio view) and go debriefing.
