AI Upscale of DW - Need decompress util

Howdy all,

I can't seem to find the decompress util. It's a dead link over on subguru. I found the computil here but I think that's the repack tool. Does anyone have the decompress tool?

If so, how do I access the decomp tool and use it?

Found it in the DW section. Disregard. Now to figure out how to train an AI model.
