GWX 3.0 career crashing solution

I'm new to "Slient Hunter III" world. After GWX 3.0 installd I found that I can't start new carrer (game crash at career loading screen). I don't exactly know what issue case the game crashing. If you have the same problem try steps below may help.

Install the "4Gib Patch".
Disable all the "JSGME Mod".
Click The "Left Mouse Button" constantly in "Career Loading Screen" until the career begin (lucky!) or crash (try another step below).
Delete the "SH3" folder in the "My Documents" folder.
Use "Career -> Delete profile" menu then create a new one and then back to step 3.

After I do these operations every thing works fine

CPU: i7 GPU: RTX 3070
OS: Windows 11
