Question on Steam version

So I messed up my career name (misspelled it) and I want to go in and edit it. Normally I would go here \SH3\data\cfg\Careers\CAREER NAME but I do not see a Careers folder in my install. All I see under \SH3\data\cfg\ is a cfg file called "Main"
Am I just looking in the wrong place?

Found it under \Users\myusername\Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\
