Dual Maps Glitch- Extended

Hello once more.

For my people who came to the other Dual Maps Glitch; thanks for the help.
Deeply sorry to Doolar (I believe that's his username) that told me what to do in installation and fixing the ARB 1920x1080 Dual-Map Glitch.

However, SUBSIM has apparently failed to use its brain and basically send any Private communications, so I can fix this without having to pester everyone constantly, publicly. The thing your about to see below is a Private message, but that I made public with minor changes

Hopefully this gets through to you- SUBSIM was not allowing me to send this to you, so...yeah.

However, it keeps saying failed even after I did this:
Ctrl C + Ctrl V SH3.exe
Run the .bat

Any more help would be thanked

Context- Without using Tycho's ARB's 1920x1080 Patch- you can get a dual maps issue which effected me.
