Question about Solo Play

Hello,

I am writing to ask a question or two.

Can the game be played solo?
I know the game is made for mostly co-op/multiplayer.

Next if playing solo do the bots do things or are they made simply to look good during solo play?

I play multiplayer games but I only play solo which is why I am asking.

Hi Vorlon yes you can play Wolfpack single player using Bots that run certain stations on the uboat like dive helm speed but you can jump on that station if needed like the dive office station if you order crash dive the uboat will only dive 65/70 meters you will want to go deeper like 150/160 mtrs but when you walk away from that station the Bots take back control.
I bought wolfpack one month after release and ive got 1000hrs on wolfpack i love it and once you pay your $35 or £27.97 and no matter how many update patches releast you wont pay anything extra.

Hello Blackswan40,

Thanks for the fast reply to my post.

I did purchase the game on steam yesterday installed it and then stopped playing in 10 minutes.

I wanted to wait until I got an answer about solo play before I invested my time.

That said I have a follow-up question:
Is there a good video that can show how to play game solo.
I watched a few but they dont all cover basics.

I am play several sub games but Wolfpack seems more complex.

Thanks for the video I am watching it now thou the keys listed in it are no longer valid as F1-F6 I think are the stop watch.

But I will watch and keep doing trial and error.

Normally in games I do play the map shows the ships or other items on the map once spotted and close to them.
I was not expecting for the map to show nothing in game like it does.
Also I have yet to sink a ship as having a calculator or pad of paper by me is not what I like .

As for co-op game I dont know if that will work as I am care giver for parents so I have to walk away/out of game often.

Anyways thanks for the video.

The game can actually also be played solo without bots.
