StormConditions=15,1;max wind speed [m/s], max rain intensity [0,1] max wind speed does NOT limit the weather and so what does it limit? the label main rain density is innocuous, but very Ubi. are the allowable values only zero and one or are the allowable values between 0.0 and 1.0? and lastly...WTH does it control? __________________ there are only two things in the world: submarines and targets.
