[TEC] Which is best enemy sonar?

In 1945 now and noticed enemy has not been as tough. Thinking they need better gear, they all should have Type-93=5A and 93=-P by now, but noticed there is Type-3A and 3P, is 3A and 3P better then 5? I removed Type 93-1A and 1P from early war, use 3A and 3P(until early mid 1944) they are tougher but not unrealistic. 5A and 5P sonar can be tough at times, but still not what expected. Type-3 was a later set I believe correct?
