Changing key binds?

Just getting into CW and I was wondering if the key binds in the game can be changed by the user. So far I cannot seem to do so.

Also, what is a "backquote" needed for the still camera?

Restart the game once you change keybinds in the options.

Backquote is the key to the left of the number 1 above the letters. It fixes the camera's position at the instant it is pressed. Press F1/F2/F3/F4 to go back to player/enemies/weapons/aircraft.

Does the Epic mod change the stock key commands?

it adds new ones look in the options for exact binding keys when in the game
