WoS - I could not move external torpedoes. Bugs?

Hi, I am out of all the torpedoes, now my hope is external torpedoes. I tried move over to internal but it seems it is not working. I was waiting for long time. Any solutions or am I missing anything. A possible bug in WoS?

Ahoy, captain27...

Memory, serves Me correctly.. doing that, is NOT as it is in either SH3 or SH4.. meaning instantaneously...

you have to select to do that, then run up front & tell the honcho in the fore torp room to complete the transfer process... as I recall it...

Here's (hopefully not outdated) vdr1981's post on how to do it:

Have you talked with your torpedoman to order him to initiate transfer? If you did, how long did you wait? This should take 4 (in-game) hours (and if you try to dive during the process, you'll sink).
