Sad news to hear about such a great actor.

This really is sad news. As Jim said, one pf the great actors and certainly, one of the best. Christopher played so many great roles, it would be hard to pick a favorite. The Sound of Music would certainly be a favorite. Christopher also played great roles in Somewhere in times and Star Trek 6, the last for the original crew, as General Chang and as a Klingon prosecutor. This video has Christopher Plummer throughout but watch him in action starting at 4:52 to the end.

Rest in Peace and thanks for the great Cinema and performances.
