Unauthorized PTC setting

I created a report of my current patrol using Kim's SH4Report_5102 and I found this one line "Unauthorized PTC setting JANAC=10%".

Has one else seen this or know what it means? I think it might have to do with my reality settings being at 90, hence the JANAC=10%. Anyone else seen this or know what the exact meaning is. Not a show stopper, just wondering.

well, yeah...it's obvious, Mister.
Your PTC is not squared away.
You have exactly two minutes to get it squared away or you will in hack for a month.

Seriously, no idea.
i use that utility from time to time but it is buggy. i suspect it was built for a version earlier than 1.5 UBM.

On report again......I spent half of my enlistment on report for something or other! I'll get it squared away, whatever it is! Skipper!
