Ok, after 15 years as anyone done any testing on uboat performance?
Hopefully done with GWX mod. Just curious, how fast are actually dive times, are they the same as in the manual? (to 25m?) How about to 150m What about dive times without a deck gun? hmmm How about turning radius times, surface and submerged? (of course at different speeds too, oh and add periscope depth to that, and....weather. Just curious really, if anyone knows of any stats via link please leave thanks. I was excited to come back to port to buy my brand new type 9, but after some research not so sure. Yes I understand it comes down to what you want to do out there. I'm thinking this hasn't been done, anyone willing to start gathering information, maybe we could all do our own with whatever boat we currently have and turn in our results? Well thank you. I am really into SH3 at the moment like never before. I knew the game was deep but wow, finding out some cool things. Trying out the manual targeting, which is great. Also playing with more realism options. Still using the external cameras mostly because of ID ships and flags.
About to (try) participate in operation Hartmut. I always thought the msgs you got were BS years ago, who knew. ![]() |
