[TEC] Taskbar interface on screens like MissionOrders, Messages and Captain's Log

Hi there,

Is it possible to put the taskbar interface in the screens of Mission Orders, Messages and Captain's Log?

I've been messing around with the menu_1024_768.ini and gotten all kinds of results except the one that I really want!

If someone knows how to do it and be so kind of pointing me in the right direction, I'd be greatly appreciated.
