TMO with custom mods

USS DRUM January 1944. Assigned to patrol off Wake Island. Provide lifeguard for PB2Y Coronado(represented by PBY Catalinas since no model for Coronado) strikes in late Jan early Feb (Tang's first patrol) .

Arrive on station. The small PC shows up. The radio traffic regarding strikes showed up. A japanese submarine arriving on supply run showed up but the air strikes on 30 January did not happen . Verified in the ME the time date etc is all correct. the layer is working fine except the PBY's did not show up. for strike.

Do planes have limited range? I had them flying from Midway as they did in RL ( well they staged through Midway from Kanehoe) . Years back I added this in RSRD and the planes arrived so was shocked.

Only thing that makes sense. Perhaps just need to have them spawn closer instead of from Midway?
