Hilarious, and absurd. I mean movie awards and especially the Oscar are somewhat stupid shows from all beginning on and never were to be taken too serious anyway, but now they have torn off the last fig leaf that Oscar covered his nakedness with.

Creating regulations and checklists for artists to follow? What to say, it boggles the mind. It will be interesting to see who and if anyone in Hollywood boycotts the Oscars for this.
