Default Mods question

So im playing TMO 2.5 with RSRDC. My question is, i see mods like Optical targetting correction or SCAF for TMO and OTC/ SCAF for RSRDC. If i have both TMO and RSRDC enabled does it matter which of these mods i use? Or should i alway use the mod thats compatible with the main mod e.g TMO?

OTC is CapnScurvy's later work, and replaced SCAF. Since RSRDC does not mess with the menu.ini nor the submarines, you should be fine with OTC on top of TMO with RSRDC. The mod does move the conning tower on the US subs to the center position on the subs' "tube" body, which allows relatively equally accurate targeting from both the bow and aft perspectives. Also included with the mod is a set of ship cfg files and sil images that more accurately "describe" the target. SCAF does not get into those kinds of details. However, the use of the stadimeter is still dependent upon player "skill" and how "accurate" the display of the game is, such that you can still mis-identify a ship, or be off with the AOB, or any one of a number of different "targeting" problems, but is still world's better than the Stock game.
