ARB 1920 x 1080 Night Crosshairs

I've been trying to get these gradation marks to show up on my periscopes, but, they're still dark. How can I get them to show during the night?

I looked in

ARB WideGui 1920x1080 v0.3.1\data\Menu\Gui
AttackScopeReticule.tga and ObsScopeReticule.tga
They have Black lines initially. You have to invert the colors in the photo editor.
