Silent hunter III mods

Hello everyone,
I would greatly appreciate help with this problem. I am fortunate to have such knowledgeable people here in the SubSim community.
I recently purchased the (New) silent Hunter III, which comes with patch 1.4. I am running Windows 10.
The game loaded just fine and plays just fine, however, I’m having difficulty loading mods in it. The only mod I have been able to load is (WoozNomoModbig), following the instructions in the readme.
I haven’t been able to get any other mod to load, either by the readme instructions or JSGME 2.6.0.
I would like to load the 360 degree plotter with this install path.(SHIII\data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat**\NSS_Uboat** _shp.t ga) but no success yet. I do not know what is wrong. Is there a JSGME compatable plotter ( like SH4) for Silent Hunter III?
